The Manitoba Project takes place on August 5, 2007, in Winnipeg, Manitoba and surrounding area, at locations including the Manitoba Provincial Legislature Building, Thunderbird House and the Long Plain Annual Powwow (one hour from Winnipeg). It will be preceded by collaborative residencies with the Aboriginal visual arts community, the modern dance community in Winnipeg, and First Nations communities inside and outside the city boundaries.
